Meeting customer expectations is of vital importance to the success of every organization. In the Quality Engineering Technology program, you ll gain the skills necessary to engage in continuous improvement activities as well as traditional quality and inspection duties. You ll learn how to use Lean Six Sigma tools and methods to reduce waste in any type of process and to foster an ongoing focus on continuous improvement. Quality audits and effective root causes analysis of problems are also part of the general program which allows specialization in either industrial manufacturing, or food and paper processing where laboratory skills are common.

A program that requires its students to demonstrate they have successfully acquired a set of skills or knowledge base prior to completing the program. Compare to a "time-based" training program that results in successful completion if the students participate in a certain number of instructional hours.

3 weeks prior to a semester beginning in either August for fall or January for spring.

FVTC Teaching & Learning Center - tutoring is available for Math, Accounting, Science, Reading and study skills, writing and study groups.

Refunds are processed according to the WTCS refund policy. Wisconsin Technical College 10.08, Wisconsin Administrative Code, establishes the requirements for district policies and procedures related to student fee refunds. Refunds are applicable only from the date the student officially drops the class through Enrollment Services or online.
